NOTICES
ILLNESS:
Parent will be called to pick up your child if there is a temperature, vomiting or diarrhea.
Also if your child exhibits signs of Chicken Pox, Strepp Throat, Pink Eye or Impetigo. Child may not return unless fever free for 24 hours or with a note from doctor.
MEDICATION:
Our staff may administer medication only with your signed permission. Medication must be clearly labeled. A form must be filled out daily for this procedure and signed by the parent.
ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES:
For minor injuries, staff will administer first aid and information will be noted on an accident report. Parent will be informed of any and all occurrences when child is picked up.
If there is a more serious injury or emergency the parent will be contacted immediately. If a parent is not reached, the emergency contact person will be called.
LICENSING:
Our center is required to be licensed by the State of New Jersey - Division of Youth and Family Services. The license is posted on bulletin board in hallway. If you wish to read the Manual of Requirements - Official Regulations - please ask any staff member and they will make it available to you.
